Send reports from your own email address (SMTP)

Report emails can be sent in two ways. Choose one under White label › Email & sender, Send reports from.

• Our servers, with your name: no setup needed. Clients see your company name, and replies go to the contact email on the Brand tab.
• Your own SMTP server: emails come from your own domain, for example [email protected].

Set up your own SMTP server

1. Open White label › Email & sender.
2. Choose Your own SMTP server.
3. Fill in SMTP host, Port, Encryption (TLS, SSL or None), Username, Password, From name and From email. Your email provider gives you these details.
4. Click Save changes. The password is stored encrypted.
5. Click Send a test email. The test uses the saved settings, so save first.

If the test shows “Delivered”, you are done. If not, check the host, port and encryption with your email provider. Common ports are 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL and 25 for none.
