Check the audit is finished
You can only download a PDF of a finished audit. If the audit is still running, wait until the score appears in Audits. If it failed, see An audit failed.
“The PDF is being prepared. Try again in a few seconds.”
The PDF is made the first time you ask for it. Wait a few seconds and click PDF again.
For client reports, the preview may say “The PDF is not ready. Try again in a moment.” Wait a moment and try again.
The PDF shows old branding
The PDF uses your white label settings. After you change them, click Save changes on the White label page, then download the PDF again. See Add your brand.

- Reload the page and try again.
- Try another browser, or allow downloads for app.seoaudit.software.
- Ask in the chat inside the app and include the audit link.
