Delete your account and GDPR requests

Permanently delete your workspace and its data, and how to make other GDPR or privacy requests.

Deleting your account removes your workspace with all clients, audits, rank tracking, leads, widgets, chatbot data and team access. It can’t be undone.

Before you delete

Export your data first if you need a copy.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and go to the Danger zone tab (open Settings › Danger zone).
  2. In Delete account, click Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password.
  4. Confirm.

Sign-in stops at once. Scheduled reports stop and your subscription is cancelled (to only stop paying, see Cancel your plan). Everything is erased after 30 days.

Other GDPR and privacy requests

For other requests about your personal data, such as a copy or a correction, ask in the chat inside the app, or send a message on the contact page. See also our privacy policy.

To change your sign-in email, ask support in the chat inside the app or on the contact page. You can’t change it yourself in the app.
