Export all your data

Download your clients, audits, leads, keywords, widgets and chat transcripts as CSV and JSON in one ZIP file.

You can download a full copy of your account data at any time.

Steps

  1. Open Settings and go to the Danger zone tab (open Settings › Danger zone).
  2. In Export all data, click Export data.
  3. Wait while the export is prepared. This can take a few minutes. You can leave the page; the bell tells you when it is ready.
  4. Click Download ZIP.

The ZIP file has your clients, audits, leads, keywords, widgets and chat transcripts as CSV and JSON.

Limits

  • The download link works for 24 hours.
  • You can export once an hour.
  • Only the account owner or an admin can export all data (see roles).

Common questions

How long does the download link work?

24 hours. After that, start a new export.

How often can I export?

Once an hour.
