Check AI visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity

See whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name your client when people ask about their services, with limits by plan.

Updated Oct 23, 2026

An AI visibility check asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity a set of questions and shows whether your client is named in the answers.

Steps

  1. Open AI visibility and pick the client. If the client isn’t listed, add it first.
  2. Click Edit questions. Enter one question per line, up to 20. Write the questions your client’s customers would ask.
  3. Optional: in Competitors and brand names, add up to 20 competitors, and up to 10 other names your client is known by.
  4. Click Run check (or Run the first check).

A check can take a few minutes. You can leave the page; the check keeps running.

Read the result

  • Mention rate: how often the client is named.
  • Share of voice: the client’s share of all brands named.
  • Average position: where the client appears among the brands named.
  • Cited: answers that link to the client’s site.

Questions and answers shows each answer, marked Named, Not named or Cited. The History chart starts after the second check.

Limits by plan

Limits depend on your plan. See the current limits on the pricing page and in Plans and prices. Trial limits are in How the 14-day free trial works.

Each run for one client uses one check. If a check fails, it is refunded. Running the same questions again within 7 days doesn’t count again. Older (legacy) plans don’t include AI visibility.
