Lead sync sends every new lead to your email marketing tool or CRM.
Lead sync by plan
| Plan | Destinations |
|---|---|
| Starter | Not included |
| Essential, Growth | Mailchimp, Brevo |
| Scale | Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact |
| Enterprise | All, including webhook and Zapier |
Connect Brevo or Mailchimp
- Open Integrations in the sidebar.
- Click Connect on Brevo or Mailchimp.
- Paste your API key:
- In Brevo: open SMTP & API › API keys → Generate a new key.
- In Mailchimp: Profile → Extras → API keys → Create a key. Mailchimp’s guide: About API keys.
- Click Connect.
- Choose the list (Brevo) or audience (Mailchimp) new leads go to, then click Save changes.
Connect Constant Contact (Scale and Enterprise)
- On Integrations, click Connect on Constant Contact.
- Click Sign in with Constant Contact. Sign in with your Constant Contact account and allow access to your contacts and lists.
- You come back to the app. Choose the contact list for new leads and click Use this list.
- Optional: open Constant Contact on Integrations again and click Test connection. It checks the sign-in and the list. Nothing is added to your list.
Each new lead is added with its email, name and phone. The website, keyword, the page the lead came from, GDPR consent and the audit score go to custom fields (LEAD_URL, LEAD_KEYWORD, LEAD_REFERENCE_URL, LEAD_ACCEPT_TNC, LEAD_SCORE). They are created in Constant Contact the first time a lead is sent.
If the card shows Reconnect, the access was removed or has expired, or the connection was made in the old app. Click Reconnect and sign in again.
Connect Zapier (Enterprise)
Zapier sends your leads to thousands of apps, such as Google Sheets, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger choose Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook.
- Copy the webhook URL Zapier shows. It starts with https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/.
- On Integrations, click Connect on Zapier and paste the URL.
- Click Send test lead. In Zapier, click Test trigger: the test lead shows up there.
- Back in the app, click Connect. Then add your action in Zapier (for example, a new row in Google Sheets) and turn the Zap on.
Zapier gets the same JSON as a webhook (see Connect a webhook).
Connect a webhook (Enterprise)
- On Integrations, click Connect on Webhook.
- Enter the Endpoint URL (it must start with https://).
- Optional: click Generate for a Signing secret. Each request then has an X-SAS-Signature header: sha256= followed by the HMAC-SHA256 of the request body with your secret.
- Click Send test lead, then Connect.
Each new lead is posted as JSON to your URL, with these fields: event, id, email, name, phone, website, keyword, score, source, consent, client, page and created.
Check your syncs
The Sync log on the Integrations page shows successful and failed syncs. A failed sync caused by a temporary problem at the other tool is tried again automatically a few times. Use Retry on a failed one. Logs are kept for 90 days. To sync a lead by hand, open it in Leads and click Sync.
Who can connect

- “Choose a … list” Open the integration on Integrations and pick the list new leads go to.
- “Constant Contact access was removed or expired” Click Reconnect on the Constant Contact card and sign in again.
