You build your package in Billing & plan: the plan, the billing cycle and any add-ons. Only the account owner can change billing.
Steps
- Open Billing & plan and click Change package.
- In Change plan, choose Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly, and click the Choose button of the plan you want, for example Choose Scale.
- In Build your package, set the add-ons you need (see below).
- Check the new price, then click Review changes.
- Check New total, Starts and Due today, then click Confirm change or Continue to payment.
When the change starts
- Same or higher price: it starts today, prorated. You get credit for the days left on your current plan.
- Lower price: it starts on your next billing date. Nothing is charged now. Until then you can click Keep my current package.
If you move to a plan with lower limits, extra items become read-only after the change.

The AI chatbot is part of every plan. Switching it off in the app doesn’t change the price.
During the trial
You can choose your plan and package during the trial. See How the 14-day free trial works. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Common questions
When does a plan change start?
If the new price is the same or higher, it starts today and you pay a prorated amount. If the new price is lower, it starts on your next billing date and nothing is charged.
What are audit packs?
Extra page audits or advanced audits a month, chosen in Build your package. The pack sizes and prices for your plan are shown there and on the pricing page.
